Two Wins at Yoyogi, 2nd place overall.

After this weekend we locked in 2nd place in the Eastern Conference and secured home court advantage for the playoffs.
Obviously it was really nice to play in the Sunday game, and the support from the Apache boosters was amazing.  Hopefully you’ll all be there for the playoffs starting with Sendai at Ariake on the 9th. [...]

Last week of the regular season

What a season it’s been, and we conclude the regular season this weekend at Yoyogi.  The boosters have been great all year, and with only 6 games until a championship- let’s keep it pushin!  
Today is a day of rest and recovery for the upcoming week and then a short break before the playoffs start. [...]

Grinding…

Yesterday I was so tired when I got home I just fell asleep. We had a good practice; playing intense games and I got a lot of shots up.  At the end of practice we shot free throws and ran… a lot.
