Today was a nice busy day. Started off good with morning practice. Good to get up and down the floor, and to get a lot of shooting in- I want to improve my ball handling too, so I’m trying to work on that when I have a few extra minutes here and there.
One thing [...]

“Off” Day? No!
I don’t like to have “off” days, because that seems to be a negative word- and I like to stay POSITIVE. I do have rest and recovery days… but, this weekend I didn’t play enough to need to recover! So, I woke up early and headed to the gym to lift weights. It [...]

OSG and Ming Ming- 7′9”
Tomorrow we play OSG at Ariake. OSG is currently the top team in the Eastern Conference, and we are second, so this should be a playoff atmosphere. We’ll definitely be playing each other to get to the Championship game.
Their main attraction is their center. A 7′9” Chinese player named Ming ming. Here’s the picture [...]

One of my boys doing big things…
Many of you know I was an assistant coach for Rera Kamuy last year… one of the cool things about the job was getting to “coach” good players like Orimo, Sakurai, and Jawad Williams. I know Rera fans loved having him. This year he played with the Cleveland Cavaliers and now he is in the [...]

Lost to Fukuoka
What a game. Still appreciate all the support we get from our boosters, but a tough day for us. We need to step up as a team, and I need to step up as an individual if we’re going to make a championship run. Just disappointed about this game.
My bad.
